Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We are not responsible for items damaged caused by mail carriers, weather, current state of environment, or packages left outside for extended periods of time.  Many of our products are heat sensitive and cannot/should not be left outside during warm weather seasons. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products, including gift certificates. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If you are not looking for a refund, we will gladly replace the item you originally purchased. 

 

Order Cancellations

Order may be canceled within one hour after time of purchase by contacting simplylouorganics@gmail.com.  All orders will be considered “in process” after one hour, and will be shipped.  We cannot accept cancellations after one hour of order time.
